• Is Mobile Tire Services?

  We are servicing a 5 mile radius around our shop in West LA. We will be servicing: Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Mar Vista, Culver City, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey and Mid City.

• What is Mobile Tire installation?

  Mobile Tire installation is a way to get your tires repaired or replaced without having to come to the shop. For a small convenience fee, we will come to you.

• Is Mobile Installation and service available on weekends and evenings?

  At the moment we are only doing Mobile install during normal business hours, but stay tuned for changes in the future.

• When/How do I pay?

  Payment will be made at checkout before the mobile truck is dispatched.

• What forms of payment are accepted?

  All major credit cards will be accepted.

• What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

  As long as it within 24 hour notice, no problem – if you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a call and we will help you reschedule.

• How long does tire installation take?

  Installation should take 30 min to 1.5 hours depending on how many tires are being replaced.

• What do I need to do for a Mobile Tire Service?

  You don’t need to do anything – just select your service, book the truck – make sure your vehicle is accessible and we will handle the rest.

• Can you perform mobile services on any type of ground surface?

  Asphalt and concrete are okay.

• How much room do you need around the vehicle?

  Ideally we need 6 feet on either side.

• What about my old tires?

  We will take your old tires with us and recycle them safely.

• Does West Coast Tire Pros do Roadside Emergency Services?

  We are not setup for emergency or roadside services at this time

• What types of vehicles can West Coast Tire Pros work on?

  All passanger vehicles and light trucks, some heavy duty trucks

• How do refunds or returns work?

  Once the tires are installed there is no refund or return – however we are happy to discuss this issue case by case. Please contact us via email.

• Cannot find the Tire Model or Size on the West Coast Tire Pros website?

  There are tens of thousands of sku’s for tires – we may not have what you’re looking for. If that’s the case – give us a call and we can try to find it for you that way.

• Should I change all four tires at once?

  You don’t need to – most tires recommend changing 2 tires at a time depending on a few variables. For more on this, give us a call.
