My experience was as good as it can get. I dealt with Don, who is both professional and personable. In a few mintues we discussed the different qualities and prices of tires from the lowest to highest. I chose the tires I wanted. I made an appointment to drop off my car the next morning and Don and I agreed on the time I could pick up the car. He texted me when it was ready, which was the agreed upon time. The tires I purchased had a rebate and Don was kind enough to fill out the paperwork needed for me to receive the money..I would highly recommend West Coast Tires..ask for Don!

Both my visits to WC Tire and Service have been great. Recently I went in for tires and an alignment, both beyond over due, really scary to think I was driving my car like that. Fernando was awesome, and knowing my situation, was able to help me out with the best affordable deal and without any pressure but being real with me. The second I started driving my car it was a world of difference and I felt safe in my car. Almost felt like I could go off roading with the new tires. Great follow up service with Don, too. I was referred to this location by another auto repair shop and they welcomed me in quickly! I had previously went to a dealership to help diagnose why my check engine light was on but wanted a second opinion after the hefty cost they quoted. Although West Coast received the same results and were unable to perform repairs at their location, they were gracious and did not end up charging me for the diagnostic, which was such a relief, and referred me to a better suited dealership! Very friendly and helpful staff!

This place is the best place for most auto care issues….i live kind of far but I had a service done with my corvette tires when my work office used to be close to their shops and ever since I can’t go anywhere else. Other tire shops left my corvette wheels scratched up and I brought up this issue to West Coast thinking they would cause the same issue and they explained to me how their machines were capable of switching wheels and tires without scratching and ever since I have not looked back! Staff are super helpful and friendly and their waiting room is really clean and cozy.
