Service and people with knowledge and help

Westcoast didn't have the tires I needed so they ordered them. I paid for expedited shipping. Shippers did not deliver next day. WestCoast waived shipping fee got the tires day after. WC got me in and out quickly put the spare back and everything. All on the day before Thanksgiving! Thanks!!!

Amazing customr service from Don and his team. They welcomed me as soon as I arrived and got me in and out of the shop in no time at all. Don even found me a ride to my office. They were communicative throughout the appraisal process and sent a clear and informative multi-media presentation on what the isuues were. When my car ended up taking an extra day they even offered to loan me one of their personal vehicles for the night! Finally when I had a meeting run late one of the guys stayed at the shop after hours to let me in and give me the car. Just inccredible service from starrt to finish. Highly reccomend West Coast Tire & Service and will definitely be back.
