I was just there today. I have been taking our cars to West Coast for many years. Everyone is very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable. Carlos and Joe are always great to work with, as is the whole staff. We've had mechanical work done and purchased tires over the years. I am always confident in the repairs, the tire service and the pricing. Service is usually same day, but they always explain when the work might keep the car overnight. We don't go anywhere else, unless a recall takes us to the dealer! Thank you!

Don sat with me, explaining my options without “man-splaining.” Kudos for that! He didn’t push options and actually recommended I NOT do some things right away!

This review is long overdue! Relocated to LA and my car wasn't passing the CA Smog tests. Other places made the assumption that I'm female, that I wouldn't understand the mechanics of the repairs and the pricing was outrageous! I found WC online and with all the positive reviews, I contacted them. I'm so glad I did. Professional, caring, clean (April 2020 pandemic) and make various recommendations for my 10 yr old car. My car was repaired and I wasn't charged an outrageous price! However, I needed to bring my car back since it had problems 2 days after pick up. Once again, professional, caring and they made it right without questions and no additional charge for the extra labor and Don and Joe even had the car's smog test completed on my behalf without charge for my inconvenience! WOW!!! Never any doubt where I will bring my car and what place I would recommend. I'm a customer for life! Thank you Don and Joe. A grateful female customer.

I have been buying tires from West Coast for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Carlos, " Los" , is one of the nicest people I have ever come across. He is always friendly and works to make your experience a good one. I showed up at closing time last week, and he said, " it's okay, we can take a look for you and see if you need anything. They removed two tires and checked for leaks. Luckily I did not need anything, but when I do, West Coast is where I will go. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

West Coast is the only place I will take any of my 3 vehicles. Being originally from the Midwest, I appreciate their exceptional customer service. I have brought my cars here on multiple occasions for a variety of services and I am always impressed. 10/10 would recommend.
