Pricing is not ridiculously high like at the dealerships. Service rep answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Everything that was done today and those services suggested to be done during my next visit were all posted on my statement. One negative: please fix the beverage machine in the waiting area. Should be much easier than fixing any car.

My husband and I have been coming to West Coast for over 40 years. The service is always impeccable! Today Joe offered to have someone drive me home instead of my waiting for my car to be worked on. He is always so happy to see us and goes above and beyond. Joe and his fellow co-workers always go the extra mile with a big smile. They are of great value to this neighborhood.

West Coast Tires continues to be the best of the best! Two years since my last service (only due to COVID) and not driving....... but figured time for service in preparation for passing of Smog Test, and, of course, service better than ever - my simple oil change and tire rotation turned into more work on my 1989 Toyota, but done with the usual flawless work done by the best of the best!
