I've been going to West Coast Tire since 2006, about 13 years and I'm EXTREMELY picky about my car. I won't even valet anywhere. I keep coming back because these guys have ALWAYS done right by me. I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant that I've owned since it was 2 years old. While I do some of the small mechanical work myself like tune ups and starters, I bring my car to West Coast for the bigger jobs. Most recently, my timing chain broke. I had the car towed over 35 miles back to this shop because I trust them to get the job done right, which they do each time. I just got the car back about 3 days ago and it's running smoothly as of today. From a service perspective, 95% of the time I've dealt with Joe M., who sits at the desk in the front right as soon as you walk in. Joe is an all-star and a straight shooter. He'll tell you what should be replaced on the car now and what you should keep an eye on over the near term before it becomes a bigger problem. He's a class act and understands what your car means to you. He treats you with respect and not just as another customer. After 13 years, I consider Joe a friend. I've dealt with Carlos, who sits next to Joe. Also a great guy and has helped me out many times. In a nutshell, if you bring your car here you're in good hands!! -Ken
