LIFETIME LOYAL CUSTOMER! I'll give you the results and then tell you why this place is sooo amazing! RESULTS: West Caost put in two new bulbs and told me that O'Reilly had given me an incorrect part number (should have been 1157). Worked perfectly and NO CHARGE! My rear brake lights went out (except for the upper center light). I went to O'Reilley's and got two new bulbs - (They said I needed 1156). Put in bulbs and did not work. I looked up what could possibly be wrong and it was suggested that either the brake light switch had gone out, a fuse, or a relay. So I went to my Hyundai dealership. I explained the situation. The service rep told me that they it could be one of several things and that first they would need to do a service check at $250. Then, if it's what they think it may be, repairs would cost roughly $740 (on top of the diagnostic service charge). I thanked them and declined, and raced over to West Coast because I didn't want to drive around with no brake lights. Don told me there was a similar problem recently with another Hyundai and they had a specialist onsite who would look it over. But before he called him over, he asked what fixes I had tried so far. I told him I changed the bulbs. He open the tail lights and examined the bulbs which were both in good shape. Ah ha! Don said he could fix it and it would cost me a fortune. He walked away, came back with two bulbs (the correct ones), popped them in and when I asked what I owed them, he said, "We are good to go." I've been coming here for many years after a similar experience happened with my mother's brakes. They took care of her and we have been loyal customers ever since. You don't know me, so look at my list of other reviews to see that I mean business. You can trust this place to not only do GREAT WORK, but to do it honestly, and at a fair price. They handle everything from my 2016 Hyundai to cars like the one in this picture. You won't be sorry!! These guys are always great! Been coming here for years. I was really sold on this place when my mother brought her car in for what we thought was something major, and it turned out something was lose. $10 later, they won our biz and loyalty. Had a leak in my tire. Went in with no appointment and fixed within a couple of hours. A stress-free experience with reasonable prices.

Speechless. Amazing customer service. From the time i came, they treated me really well and took care of my car right away. Usually when i go to a shop (Car/Mechanic shop) I get weird looks and not treated as an adult, all because i look really young, but this place was the first time as i was treated with respect, and had their full attention on me. My main reason i went to place is because they had many good reviews, plus it was close by. I went for a tire patch, took about 30 minutes, and at the end the person who fixed my tire went around and checked all my tires pressure, and filled them at the proper pressure. This shop has gained my business. Oh when i was about to leave, the person who fixed my tire offered an exit so i wouldn't damage my front splitter.

Very good customer service! I work in the area and needed to get my tire pressure checked since my light came on from the morning. I was referred here by a coworker and went during my lunch break. I walked into the office and was immediately helped (bummed I didn't get his name) but he sits in the very first desk once you enter! Told him my problem and he immediately checked my tires. I was concerned there was nail in the tire but I don't have much time to wait... so they pulled my car in quickly and checked all wheels and patched the tire in a matter of 30 minutes! Thank you Hector, who handled my paperwork and everyone at the shop for the speedy service. I was in and out the door very quickly and extremely happy with the service.

Upon posting my last review, Don the owner immediately messaged me asking if we could talk and find out what happened when I got my SUV serviced. Due to work and other commitments, it took me a couple of weeks to finally reach out to him. When I did, he immediately recognized who was calling and asked what and how he could do to remedy the issue. I explained I wasn't told upfront about the vehicle inspection fee and that I didn't get any reports whatsoever of said inspection's results. He apologized for both saying that's not how they do business at all. He said I should've gotten a text message and a link to a thorough report (with pictures) of the inspection. Don then offered he'd inspect my SUV personally if I'm willing to take the car back in. I mentioned I was going to Mammoth the next day and just want to make sure my car will not die out on me in the middle of nowhere. I took the car in the next day and he offered a ride back to my place. A couple hours later I did get the inspection report that tells me the general status of my car from the tires, to the windshield wipers, to practically anything including oils... Speaking of which, Don said the only thing he saw that required urgency was the oil change which he did for free! I wasn't expecting that and offered to pay but Don said he likes to make things right for his customers and that he did. I think he's earned a loyal customer that day and shall come to him for repairs should my car need it again. I'd definitely be happy to recommend him and his shop to friends and families. COST: $45 (Vehicle Inspection) and more obviously depending on the issue. My old truck has a habit of having its engine light on whenever it's time for registration renewal AND smog is due. I keep forgetting it would be an automatic failure if CEL is on, and so I had to address the issue. Upon a good recommendation from a friend, I checked this place out for myself. Regretfully, I didn't like their service at all. I knew from the CEL error code that there's a leak somewhere in my engine. I had to pay $100 for a smoke test to see where the leak is coming from. They found a leaking valve, ordered the part and quickly installed it on my truck. I paid about $300 for this including labor. The shop wanted to charge me $212 for smog test and something called a "drive cycle test" to ensure the vehicle would pass smog check. I tried asking multiple times what this test entails and the technician I was speaking to failed to clearly communicate what it was about. Then I remembered the car needed to be driven around at least 60 miles so the diagnostics can reset after CEL was cleared. It would've been my most expensive smog check to date and I'm glad I just drove my car around instead of paying this much money for a service I didn't even understand completely. On top of that, a $45 fee was charged for vehicle inspection. No one decided to tell me this beforehand nor did they tell me the results of said inspection. I hate having to write bad reviews but I need to be honest about my grave disappointment of this place. They really need to be more upfront with their customers.
