Pretty much what everyone else says. The prices are fair and they do the work quickly. They are open saturday morning so you can pick up your car then.

Had another good experience here when my car's malfunction light kept coming on and I needed someone to look at it right away. As long as you get there as soon as they open, they can fit you in. I waited for the diagnosis, which I had already confirmed at another place, and Carlos gave me a very reasonable and competitive quote. I left my car in their capable hands and one of their guys dropped me off at my workplace up the street. They had it ready for me by 3 pm and of course I used their $10 off anything offer on Yelp. There was a minor glitch with another warning light coming on after I picked my car up, but they quickly remedied that the following morning. See you soon for my next oil change! This was my first time in 20 years going to someplace other than a dealership for service. I called first to get pricing and information and the person was very helpful and polite. They don't make appointments for oil changes (it's first come first served), so I attempted to go for an oil change mid-morning on a weekday. The wait time was much too long and the lot was quite bustling so I left. I made a second attempt the following week much earlier in the day and they said it would take about an hour. Carlos helped me right away, took down all my information, and told me I could wait in their lounge area. It was a great space with refreshments and a television but if you're sensitive like me, the smell of tires is a bit overwhelming. I know, it's a tire place, so no big surprise. They were finished before I knew it, and in under an hour I was on my way. The price was right, the service friendly and efficient, and I now have a new place to take my car for service.

Amazing business love to partner with you sometime

When I first moved to LA about 4 years ago, I obviously had no idea where I should take my Jeep Wrangler for service. I stumbled upon Don at West Coast and have been going to him ever since! There have certainly been several times where he has gone above and beyond the call of duty, he truly understands the value of personable customer service. He is always honest with me about any issues with my car, always happy to help, and goes out of his way to ensure that my car gets fixed in a timely and cost effective manner. I have never had anything but a pleasant and professional experience with Don and West Coast Tire as a whole. Highly recommend!

UPDATE for 10/31/18 Another great experience. Had a flat tire Sunday morning. AAA came to change to my spare. I emailed West Coast expecting a reply Monday morning. Don emailed me back almost immediately letting me know we could get everything taken care of Monday (I had to come after work.) He even gives me his cell number to let him know I was on my way. I get there and Don has everything ready for me, got me almost the same price I paid over a year ago for a tire, and had already put me in queue for 2 new tires. I went up to their waiting room, spent all of 20 minute there when he let me know my car was done. I had my oil changed elsewhere in March and no one there told me I needed an alignment, which is why my tires were basically eaten up. Don showed me tires and even let me take pictures to show the old place. Every time I come here, the customer service is exceptional. I don't even feel like I'm getting ripped off or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. A++++++, 10 stars. Thank you! July 2017 Review If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'm so impressed. I came in yesterday with a busted tire, literally a massive hole. Kris Allen, my sales guy, helped me with a new tire. I had messaged them through Yelp and Tom, had quoted me around $135. Kris quoted me $170 for a new tire. When I showed him the message between Tom and I, he honored it with no questions asked. I went to sit on their bench and the guys got to work. In 29 minutes I had a new tire, and my other 3 were filled with air as well. The most impressive part was when I was paying. Kris' desk buddy was going to get ice cream and got Kris one as well and even offered to grab me one. I said no, but reconsidered. Kris then offered to give me his when we thought the ice cream had left. Had absolutely nothing to do with tires, but damn that's good customer service. No one tried up-sell me, or add in anything. Great guys, great place. I'll be back.
