Recently, first via phone then in person the next day, the service was friendly with clear communication on wait time and about what was found with my tires. West coast Tire and service was Amazing! I had to get my transmission replaced after my warranty ran out. It was a stressful time and Carlos helped me out in every way possible. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic shop that cared about me and my vehicle. I will definitely come back for all my vehicle needs in the future!

Have gone to West Coast having been referred by a friend and have loved my new Dr for my car. Having just come from the dealership who said I needed something done, they looked at it did what was needed and said no you don’t need that done. As a widow I’m grateful for the truth. Everyone is so nice , they accommodate you and being able to text Don and deal with the same person each time was wonderful. It felt like when I was in my small hometown in NJ where they knew me. Don….I’ve now referred a friend who needs new tires. Thanks so much Patrice T. RN

Pricing is not ridiculously high like at the dealerships. Service rep answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Everything that was done today and those services suggested to be done during my next visit were all posted on my statement. One negative: please fix the beverage machine in the waiting area. Should be much easier than fixing any car.
